💰 Refund & Replacement Policy
At Mandan CNC, we provide digital CNC design files delivered through WhatsApp links. As these are digital products, refunds are limited and apply only under specific conditions.
1. No Refunds for Digital Products

• Once a file has been delivered to the customer, we cannot issue refunds.

• Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after delivery.

2. Eligible Refunds / Replacements
Refunds or replacements are only applicable in the following cases:
✔ Duplicate payment/order made by mistake.
✔ The file is corrupted or cannot be opened (and verified by us).
✔ Wrong file delivered by our team.
3. What We Offer

• If the file is corrupted or incorrect, we will replace the file with a working version at no extra cost.

• If a duplicate order is placed, we will refund the extra payment.

4. Customer Responsibility

• Please confirm file formats (DXF, CDR, AI, SVG, PDF, etc.) before purchase.

• Ensure your CNC software and machine support the format provided.

• We are not responsible for issues caused by incompatible software, machine settings, or user error.

5. How to Request Refund/Replacement
If you face an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

• Order details / payment proof

• Screenshot or description of the issue

6. Final Decision

• All refund/replacement requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Mandan CNC reserves the right to accept or decline refund requests depending on the situation.
