🚚 Shipping / Delivery Policy
At Mandan CNC, we sell digital CNC design files directly through WhatsApp. No physical items are shipped. All purchases are delivered via secure download links.
1. Digital Delivery

• Once your payment is confirmed, we will send your download link directly on WhatsApp.

• Files are usually delivered within minutes to 1 hour of payment confirmation.

• In case of delays (rare), delivery will be made within 24 hours maximum.

2. File Formats

• Files are provided in CNC-ready formats such as DXF, CDR, AI, SVG, or PDF (depending on the design).

• Please confirm supported formats with us before purchase if needed.

3. No Physical Shipping

• All our products are digital files only.

• No courier or physical delivery will take place.

4. Delivery Issues

• If you do not receive your file within the promised time:

  • Please message us on WhatsApp with your payment screenshot.

  • We will verify and resend the file immediately.

5. Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing the file once received.

• We recommend making a backup copy after download.
